Hi all,
I'm helping set up a Macbook with Parallels (using Windows XP Professional) and an HP Photosmart C4180 printer.
I've downloaded the latest drivers from HP and the printer installs without problems and is recogised by Windows. However, whenever I try and print anything (whether it is a test page or from within an app), the printer starts up then Windows crashes with a blue screen and "beginning physical dump of memory". Windows then restarts within Parallels and I'm back to square one.
The printer works fine in Mac OS X.
The Macbook is a 2 GHz model with 1GB of RAM.
Any help appreciated!
Cheers,
Zen
