windows disappeared from startup manager

ever since a osx lion update (10.7.3 me thinks), my bootcamp win7 does not show anymore in the startup manager (holding option-key at system startup).
oddly, it's still working in parallels (same win7 install)

any ideas how to make the startup manager recognize my win7 installation again? thx.
