Windows does not have permissions to access mac's public folder?

Hi I posted a little earlier today, and I managed to get my pc to see my mac in the networks list. I can also see the public folder/drop box, but when I click on it, I get the error saying I dont have the right permissions?

Also where on my mac would I see my pc's files? Thanks :)
