Ok so I have searched high and low over the net for a solution to this problem. Everyone I found had a variation of the problem but no one seemed to run into what I have been running into.... Anyone have any clue how to fix this? The top window in the pic is services the bottom is system info/system drivers. Oh I am trying to connect my phone to itunes/pc. Neither recognize the device.

You try remove and reinstall in the correct order?

Windows 7 home premium. Everything seems to be in the correct location. I just don't understand why the services window says the apple mobile device service is started but the system information widow says the driver isn't.
