Is there any way at all to get the smoothness and accuracy of a windows mouse on the mac? Is there any way using bootcamp? I dont mean using some software like "Microsoft Mouse" because I already have it and it's just not the same.

If you are running Bootcamp then you are running a Windows PC just like any other. If things seem different then perhaps you should try using a PC mouse.
You just need to increase the tracking speed and responsiveness of the mouse in system preferences.
