I have an 06 Macbook with 2.0ghz/2GB RAM/200GB HD. Last night I did a fresh install of VMWare Fusion 3 and Windows 7. For the virtual machine I allocated 1.3gb of RAM to allow for the graphics card to suck up 256mb for video and to leave me with 1gb left for the VM to use. By itself Windows 7 ran fairly good but whenever I went to do the experience test it would start and then after the bar got about 1/8th of the way it would freeze the whole vm and I would have to hardboot the vm. I did it 3 times in a row and it did it every time. I even let it sit there for 45 minutes one time to be sure.

Any clue?
