A few days ago I noticed that my pc, vista x64, wasn't detecting my iphone and popping up that option box as to what do I want to do. I also cant see it under my computer. The weird thing is itunes, device manager still see it. I can sync and charge just fine but I can't get to the iphones picture folder with windows explorer. I've upgraded to the newest itunes, uninstalled drivers and reinstalled, restarted both pc and phone. Anybody have any suggestions?

Yes, though the reason I posted my link was the point about the usb incompatibility with the Intel 64-bit chipset, which would give the problem on both Vista or W7.

Thanks for the reply. Still can't figure this out. Maybe I'm just going to have to wait until apple or microsoft comes up with a solution.
