Windows font resizing on paralells

Want to go for hi res 15" but concerned about font size being too small.

Windows has greater facilities to control font size & resolution.

Is this the same with windows on parallels?

i.e will menus in photoshop for instance be larger on windows than same app on mac OS hi res?
