Hey guys, I think Im in the mood to finally jailbreak. Ive seen a ton of complaints of issues with the untethered jailbreak. I just wanted to know if the windows version installed and working well for everyone and if cydia is installing and working fine now.

Thanks

Worked fine for me, no issues since. Cydia seemed bogged down for a couple days but seems better now, no other issues with it for me.

I have Jailbroken 3 iPhone 4s in the last couple days with Greenpois0n. I did not run into any issues at all and they are all still working great.

I'm a brand new, first time iPhone user as of Monday, and I used greenpois0n (running Windows 7 64-bit) to jailbreak on Tuesday... and it worked perfectly. I actually couldn't believe how fast and easy it was.

No problems at all. Cydia wasn't wanting to download at first but it works fine.

thanks guys, i did it last night, lets just say.....im a happy camper again! worked perfectly, glad i did it.

sorry to hijack buy has anyone got a link and or guide for this jb

ok not getting anywhere after attempting to get into dfu?

connect to pc, power off then run gb and enter dfu right.

Does the iphone need to be off.

Also to make sure I am entering dfu correctly, from off,

hold sleep button for 3 seconds (iphone turns on)

hold home buttton for 10 seconds then let go of sleep button.

keep hold of home button for 10 seconds

Did anyone notice an impact on battery life? What about the overall speed of the iPhone? Thanks!

I havent installed much yet and im staying away from winterboard (slowed down & ate my battery on my old 3g) so far my phone feels exactly the same, its totally safe & working great. Battery is perfectly fine & speed is exactly the same.
