Windows Hiding Under Top Bar

I'm getting a problem that is recurring more and more often where I engage full screen mode with a window (often word) and then use the control button to flick between more than one. Sometimes when I release it from full screen mode the window is stuck under the top bar of the screen and I can't move it because I can't access the top bar or the minimise, maximise or red buttons. Can anyone shed any light on this? How do I avoid it happening while stll being able to maximise stuff?

Not much to say. There are bugs in Word's window management (Excel is even worse.) Newer OS features like Fullscreen mode seems to expose those bugs more often.

Only suggestion I have is to choose Zoom from the Window menu when this occurs to force Word to re-draw the window, hopefully on-screen this time.
