Hey everyone :)

I have recently come back to Mac but my iPhone is synced to a Windows PC and I remember that when I did that last time I lost all my contacts when switching so now I want to avoid losing the contacts and was wondering how I could do it when the iPhone refreshes itself for Mac?

Cheers :)

the best solution I've found with Windows/iphone is via google and thunderbird/zimbra plugin.

The window addressbook just does not work in my opinion.

Do an export from the Windows application you're using...one you can import into the Mac application you'll be using. That's the safest way.
All the contacts are on my phone not the actual PC, so when I plug the iPhone into the Mac it will reset itself and lose them all.

Is there a way to avoid it?
