Windows+iTunes+GarageBand File=???

I made a track with GarageBand on a Mac and saved it to a flash drive. It saved as a folder ending with .band, and I was just wondering if there is any way to convert it to something that I can listen to with my Windows laptop. I have iTunes on the laptop, if that helps...

Huh, ok. I was just so anxious to let my family hear it earlier today, but I had made the track at school. But I'll be sure to do that. Thanks. =)
