Windows Keyboard Shortcuts on a Mac?

Is there a way to have my Mac behave the same as on Windows?

Ctrl + c and Ctrl + v instead of command, alt + tab instead of command + tab... etc etc?

You could try something like this app, Karabiner-Elements.
It allows you to change what the keys do, I'm sure you could change the cmd to ctrl.
