Windows Live Account on Mac Mail

Hi all,

I have just gone through all my emails, which I have been meaning to do for a while, and have removed my old @live.com account, I have tried to add this account again, but it is asking me for some server settings, with the Gmail account and iCloud account it did this automatically, am I missing something here, as it won't load this account at all.

Any help would be great.

Probably not the answer you are looking for but I just use a browser for my hotmail account on my Mac as it seemed the easiest way of living with it. The mail app on iPhone works properly with hotmail/live however.

I think I've managed to do it now, i just selected "other" email rather than "exchange" and it seems to be working ok now
