I am running 10.11.1 (not a beta). Now suddenly program windows lose focus every few seconds. I can regain focus by clicking on the window or waiting for a few seconds -- then, focus is restored. Even as I type this now, I will be unable to input text every few seconds, the OS producing this nasty noise as when typing and there is nothing to type in. Every program is affected. Besides 10.11.1 I have not installed any other software. Aside from rebooting, I did not come up with any idea how to solve this problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
