Not sure how much use this will be to people, but I knocked up a quick keyboard layout thing for Windows so that the keys on my MacBook produce the characters I expect in Windows. Finally, my \ key produces a \

At the moment it reflects a UK MacBook keyboard, but I can point people with a US keyboard in the right direction for creating a US one, if those keyboards have a different layout.
