Windows move them self to mid screen.

Hi!
I have and odd problem. All my InDesign Preference panes moves down to the middle of my screen. I move them back up to the top and after a while they automatically moves down again.
Running OS X 10.10 and both OS X and InDesign are up to date.


Any ideas how to solve this annoying problem?
