Hi,
I run macOS 11.4 on a 2018 i7 MacMini, 32GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, 2 * Eizo 3285 4K @2560x1440 "scaled" resolution.
I think ever since upgrading to Big Sur (only after 11.3 was released, was running Mojave before), I have this problem that after I come back to the computer after the screensaver has kicked in, all the windows are sort of "off screen", but I cannot reach them.
I can still see them in Exposé, but I can't move them into the visible area.
What I can do is move them via the "Window" dialog - but only for stuff that actually has that dialog. Firefox for example doesn't.
Has anyone seen this?
I think I had this in Mojave, too, but very, very seldom.
Sleep/Hibernate for the Mac is disabled, it's just the displays that go into powersave.
