Windows on MPB problem...

I have Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 installed with parallels 8 on my 15" MBP with Retina display. When I open windows I get the following message: "Entered powersave mode. Some nonessential animations will be disabled to save power". What is this about and how can I resolve it?

Same issue for me. I believe it's a Parallels message, but this was the first hit on Google.
