Windows on PowerPC/Intel in a window (Free App!)

I found this cool app that allows Windows (and Linux I think) to be run inside a window on a Mac (including G4 700MHz and up). It is called "Q".

Of course I would recommend a G5 processor and 1GB of RAM to run this.

I have not yet done it because I don't have the Windows install Disks but here is a YouTube video that shows some one running Windows 2000 on an emac g4

Update... Ialmost got linux to boot but it seems to be asking me from something... Any Idea (see screenshot)
