Windows/Outlook/Salesforce on a G4

End goal: Synchronize Salesforce contacts and calendar on my mobile device (Blackberry)

Currently using Salesforce on my PPC G4 laptop. Hoping NOT to have to rely on going back to a windows machine to make this mobile synch work.

Quesiton: Can I emulate Windows, run Outlook (slowly would be OK I guess), and do my mobile sync from that logon?

Please assist. Thank you.
