Hello, and first of all sorry for bad english :)

iMac Mid-2011, High Sierra.

Problem:
  • Suddenly, Windows partition is disappeared from Finder, Disk Utility and "Boot Disk" (don't know if the english name is correct)
  • At the same time, suddenly Mounty (a tool to re-mount and write NTFS volumes) can't mount/read the bootcamp partition and an external NTFS disk that I use daily. The external disk also is disappeared from Disk Utility.
However everything is fine with the external HD that I use for Time Machine backups.

I have no idea what happened. Years ago I was using Paragon and some days ago I brutally deleted a "Paragon" folder I stumbled across (don't know what was in it ^_^").

This is the diskutil list log (partition and external NTFS disk detected)
Code:
/dev/disk0 (internal, physical):
   #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: GUID_partition_scheme *500.1 GB disk0
   1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
   2: Apple_HFS Macintosh HD 398.2 GB disk0s2
   3: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk0s3
   4: Microsoft Basic Data 101.0 GB disk0s4

/dev/disk1 (external, physical):
   #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: FDisk_partition_scheme *1.0 TB disk1
   1: Windows_NTFS 1.0 TB disk1s1

Sounds like the Paragon tech was what was connecting you to your NTFS stuff. Download and reinstall Paragon, that should solve your problem. Mac OS itself have super-limited ability to communicate with NTFS on its own. I remember the same thing happened to me years ago and this what I said fixed it for me. (Reinstall Paragon.)
