Windows PC games on Mac using VMware Fusion

What have your experiences been using Fusion to play Windows games? My guess is that it's not good...video, hardware acceleration, etc. Particularly, my interest is in playing Batman: Arkhan Asylum and Splinter Cell Conviction.
