Windows Phone 7 Theme

Has anyone tried to install that lockscreen?

Im very interested and I would like to. Unfortunately I am new and dont know how to install a theme other then through cydia and winterboard.

here is a step by step guide on how to transfer files from your PC to your phone, just keep in mind all winterboard themes are stored on your phone in the directory var/stash/theme.xxxx

so once you find a theme you like on a website like you posted download to you PC the unzip the file and transfer the folder and all its contents to the directory on your phone, good luck its not that hard if you follow these steps closely
