Windows Phone 8.1 DP Users - Update 2 is out

I'm not noticing any major changes - seems to be a minor update.

I'm waiting to see some of the missing features like the customizable lock screen. We'll probably not see that until the gold master is released though.
 
i hope microsoft takes a note from what apple is doing with ios 8. they need to open up more, allow more flexibility and customization.

recently they just added a file browser. not all apps get access to it but its a start. next one should be third party keyboard.

The die is cast for 8.1. Its too late to add anything to this version, they're in the mode of rolling out the update later this year not add features.

Not really a full blown file browser but with widgets/plugins (or what ever they're calling it) you have access to data that you didn't before. I could be wrong on that however I've not really investigated the details of iOS8
