Windows randomaly pop up

Whenever I have more than 2 or 3 windows open on my desktop and I want to switch from, lets say itunes to safari and I have azureus open as well.

I move my mouse from the itunes window over to the safari window and click, but insted of safari comming to the frunt azureus comes from behind safari up ontop of evrething, just like safari was not there so i nead to move the mouse and click safari again for it to come to the frunt. This is very annoing. any reason this is happining?

this is kina anoying...

also with virtue desktops when I switch a desktop for the 1st time from sleep it goes to the 2nd desktop and then switches back and I nead to switch it again for it to stay on the 2nd desktop.
