Wondering what you guys who are on Windows use to make ringtones?

My sister is getting her first iPhone tomorrow and I'm sure she'll want to make them. She lives 1000 miles away so I need something easy to tell her to use. Preferably free.

I use Ringer on the Mac which automatically pulls from my iTunes library.

Thanks for any suggestions.

lots of people recommend http://audiko.net because it is free, and rather simple.

I make my own, and in my sig is a tutorial on how to do so, also there is a link to a thread which contains over 300 ringtones.

cheers!

I use iTunes.
Set the start, stop times in the file I want.
Then I change my create a AAC version (right click on it)
iTunes makes a new AAC file of the time area I wanted. After that it is change the file extention to m4r and done.

Easier on other phones as I will just change my import settings to mp3 128 mono channel and then use that as my ring tone. no special BS file type. Reason for the 128 mono is smaller file and I do not gain any by a higher bit rate for a ring tone.
