MP 1,1-5,1 Windows RX580 Black Screen

Ho I have Mac Pro 5.1 Catalina open core with RX580 4gb I installed windows on separate ssd with Mac Pro older gnu it works as it should but as soon as I change to rx580 my monitor is blank I can hear windows sound but screen is black I can't even install rx drivers what am I doing wrong here thanks guy
