Windows Safari 5 - Less HTML 5 support?

Is it me or Safari 5 on Windows has no support for the <video> element? I did an HTML 5 test on this page http://html5test.com/ and it scored 165 but it scored none in video. I tried Vimeo on HTML 5 and videos wont play.

Is it simply disabled? If it is where can I enable it?

Are you on Vista/Win 7 or XP ? I believe XP isn't fully supported, because no CODEC or DXVA is provided.

I'm using XP, but HTML 5 videos does work on Chrome and I don't see why it's not supported in Safari.
