I have installed Windows 8 Pro on the Boot Camp partition of the 1TB SSD in my Macbook Pro Retina (will upgrade to 8.1). I'm trying to determine if I should have "Sheduled Optimization" (formerly known as Defrag) enabled in Windows. This thread at Microsoft TechNet states yes, that Windows 8 recognizes it's a solid state drive, and optimizes correctly.

Any additional information will be appreciated- Thanks!

EDIT: Windows indicated the Boot Camp Drive needed optimization, so I ran it, and it "trims" and does not "defragment" Me thinks this is good.
