Hi everyone,

I am a new MacBook user. I have a 20" cinema display, and often, once I have disconnected the display I find that application windows which sat in the left side of the 20" screen are now stuck partially or fully outside the MacBook screen.

Is there an easy way to bring them back?!

Thanks for your help,

Dan

i am very curious about this too, i happen to have ecatly the same problem ....

Did you really bring back a 2 year old thread?

Anyway, all you need to do is close the application and reopen it. If that does not work, you could try Spaces and drag the window to a different space.

Wow, another old thread back from the dead. I've often wondered why MR admins don't automatically lock threads after 6 months or so of inactivity...

Back to the problem at hand. Hold down the option key while clicking the green circle in the top/left corner of the application's window. It'll automatically resize based on the current screen real estate (excluding the menu and dock, of course).

You're welcome.
