windows support software replace install disc???

I'm about to install windows on my mac mini, and it downloaded the windows support software, now I'm burning it to a disc, per its request. I know that in the past, after installing windows, i would have to insert the mac osx install disc that came with my mini for drivers and such, but i never had to do this burning step before, so does this new disc I'm burning replace it?? or do i have to insert both when I'm done?
