Windows Viruses on MACs

I have discovered that the Bredo Q malware has infected the Windows files of my MAC. What is the best way to deal with this? Can I just delete the Windows files, which I have never used?

You can delete them, pending that they are not critical Windows OS files, or you can attempt to clean them by using an antivirus program. The AV program will likely just delete them as well.

Also try the free MalwareBytes, it cleared up a problem for me several other malware programs couldn't remove.
