Windows Vista x64 and Windows 7 x64 Same Install Problem 27" iMac

On my iMac I am getting the same problems...

Vista x64 I get through the whole install to desktop and upon reboot I go straight to a black screen with a blinking cursor.

With Windows 7 x64 I get to the finalization screen after network settings and reboots and to the same black screen with blinking cursor.

Neither boot gets to a Windows loading screen. If a Windows Install disk is left in the ROM it will hang on Press Any Key to Boot....

Any ideas? I tried reseting PRAM and no luck. I have installed and removed Windows so many times today. I just simply wanna play a few games in Windows is all.

And to note I did try the USB method with the XML and drivers folder on the root directory. No luck with Windows 7 that way. I even tried deleting the ATI driver via CMD and no luck there as well.
