I have mid-2011 iMac, 10.8.4.

I tried using bootcamp to create a USB stick, but no luck, when I reboot it goes to a black screen saying "no bootable device insert boot disk and press any key"

I tried with my windows 7 disk, it booted but it took a long time, I got to the "Starting windows part", but to get to that part it took over 3 hours.

Can someone help me? As much as I dont like windows too much, its still good to play games, and also theres steam summer sale so :D

Thank you!

I had a similar problem on my 2013 MBA, and it turned out to be the USB stick was the problem. I tried a different stick and it worked. Not sure what was wrong with the first one.

I tried to a normal DVD, but doesnt work, too slow... SAme thing that i said on the first post
