windows XP is not Starting on powerbook (parallels)

it started once when I installed xp. all went fine. I was installing some soft I needed. Now it doesn't want to start. will freeze with phrase like this , with difference of cekunds. What is going on? I tried: restarting everything, queting too. Sorry for misspell, english is not my native language.
Any suggestions?

This typically comes up when the machine has either crashed or you turned it off without shutting down.

Just let it run, it should correct any errors and then boot up like before.

It's not running. it gets frozen. I am wondering maybe i have to make some ajustments in parallels?

what should I do if it crashed? insert windows xp cd? I know for sure I shut it down.
