I need to use Windows XP with Internet Explorer 7 to access a business network with VPN.

I plan to use Parallels 5. I cannot find a non-OEM copy of Windows XP. Is it possible to use the virtual XP mode within Windows 7 in Parallels to download and use IE 7 in a VPN connection?
