I am wondering if anyone has an idea why my computer restarts in Windows XP of its own accord? I have a macbook pro, which I run Windows XP Pro for CAD and other rendering programs. There are some stability issues operating CAD 2007 and Rhino 3.0 which occasionally crash, and I might add never happened on my PC. In addition, Windows will restart and spit back a report saying there was a hardware malfunction and that a restart was necessary to correct the issue. I have run a hardware diagnostic and everything checks out perfectly normal. I have not had any similar problems in Mac OS X Tiger, so I am suspecting there is a driver issue with Bootcamp? Was there any fix for this problem with Bootcamp in Leopard or does anyone know anything about this issue?

One last point; I noticed in the diagnostic that my Video card says I have 256MB of VRAM but I have the 2.2Ghz model that shipped with 128MB of VRAM. Does anyone know if this is legit and that Apple may have glossed over the performance of the graphics card to justify a higher price on the 2.4Ghz model?

Any suggestions?
