Windows XP sound issue on MacBook Pro (Lion)

Hi,

I recently installed windows xp on my macbook thanks to boot camp because i had compatibility issues with some programs that didn't work under windows 7.
I downloaded some drivers for my video card and other stuff mainly from intel and it works fine now. But I don't have sound at all despite my efforts. Here is what I tried : Chipset from Intel and that too.
Hope someone can help
