Windows XP sp3 multiple disc?

I am about to purchase Windows XP Pro from newegg and can't decide which one. Is it better to start with sp2 and upgrade BootCamp and Windows later or to upgrade BootCamp now and go with Windows XP Pro sp3 from the get go. Mainly I'm confused about what I'm getting when I order XP sp3. It says multiple discs, so is it sp2 with sp3 on a separate disc? If so, it seems like I should just order sp2 and upgrade later since it is cheaper. Anyone have any input?
