Using Bootcamp, I've just installed Windows XP SP3 on my MBP (December 2010) running Snow Leopard 10.6.7. It seems that the installation went smoothly; no error messages or anything unexpected.
Unfortunately, I don't have the OS X DVD which contains all of the drivers for my Mac and for Bootcamp. The disc is at home, and I won't be able to get to it for some time, so I'm hoping to find a work-around.
Is this DVD-package available for download? I see that Apple.com has support in the Bootcamp section, but a lot of those seem to be mere updates rather than essential drivers.
In the meantime, I can't connect to the internet when in Windows XP mode, nor can I use the right click or any other trackpad functions (besides typical maneuvering).
I'm using the internet via the OS X mode at the moment. Since I have MacFuse, I could transfer any downloads from my OS X mode into the Windows XP mode. All I need is to find the proper drivers (the ones where the Bootcamp instructions tell you to install them whilst in Windows XP, not while in OS X).
