dusk007 macrumors 68040 Dec 5, 2009 3,421 113 Aug 22, 2012 #3 Afaik the evaluation RTM is already out. So technically you should be able to install Win8 now. Run the eval key for 90 days and later activate it to an unlimited "full" Win8. So install it now activate later.
