WindowServer crashing after update to 15.4.1

I have recently updated to Sequoia 15.4.1 on my Macbook Air M2 and are now seeing WindowServer crashing when I switch users, either trough the fast switcher (clicking on the user picture) or going to the logon screen. I am using my Macbook Air M2 in clamshell mode and sometimes when switching user the monitor goes black and if I open the Macbook the screen is somehow off-center, and not responding even though I can move the mouse around. At this stage the only option is to force power down the Mac and upon rebooting, I am greeted with the message that WindowServer ended un-expectingly.

Any advice or someone having similar issues?
