Today, I picked up my mid-2010 MacBook from the Apple store, after getting my LCD, bottom case, and display bezel replaced. Upon bringing it home, I noticed it running choppier than usual. While inspecting via Activity Monitor, I noticed WindowServer using between 30%-80% of my CPU. This was not happening before I dropped my computer off for repair, but I'm not sure how replacing any of the hardware could have screwed it up.

I'm running Lion (10.7.5) and have never encountered this before. Mdworker and mds are also taking up more of my CPU than they should (consistently 30%+). It's making my computer borderline unusable.

I have no items opening at login, so I'm not sure what task could be overwhelming these processes. Worst case scenario, I'll upgrade to Mountain Lion and see if that fixes things, but that's something I'd rather not do.
