Windshield mount for iPhone 4 WITH Apple bumper..?

I am looking for a windshield mount for my iPhone 4 WITH Apple Bumper (non universal, free bumper program, AT&T).

- Swivel vertical or horizontal
- Able to mount with the Apple bumper
- Cigarette adaptor
- Able to plug directly into the dock for charging

It appears that the TomTom dock fits the bill, but I wasn't sure if it fit iPhone 4 WITH the bumper...

I have a dock called Mountek which I really love. It holds almost any device, and it will fit with cases on. You can also use it with a charger. It mounts on your CD player which I feel is a better place than the windshield. It also swivels which is nice when using a GPS app. It works with my Otterbox Commuter which is a bigger case than the Apple bumper so it should be fine.
