Spilled about two table spoons of wine on the my MBP keyboard. Wiped down immediately. Now the trackpad and power button work, but none of the other keys? Could it be the keyboard is done? If so how come the trackpad and power button still work?

I've already changed the keyboard once a couple months ago when my toddler spilled juice on it 🙄

Any help is appreciated.

You're lucky the whole thing isn't fried. Sounds like another keyboard/top case is in order... Also consider investigating in a keyboard protector methinks. The cost of liquid damage repair is very high as you know!

PS, I too am interested in which wine. I hope the Mac went out with something decent and not bottom shelf table plonk.
