WINE patch on Wineskin? any WINE experts?

I've used Wineskin for many games on Mac and i normally get it to work with help from winetricks.

I have one game that runs, but hangs at certain parts, and i have found a patch for my issue on WineHQ.

Which is this one http://source.winehq.org/patches/data/95025

but i have never used WINE only the simplified wrapper Wineskin.

Is there any easy way to apply this patch without me having to do anything with normal WINE?
