Winebottler Stuck and Taking a Lot of Space!

I have a program for school (exe) Using WineBottler, I am trying to get it to work on my Mac. I only have Adobe Flash selected on the features list. When I try to wrap it, it works up to the point "Creating App". Ive let it sit for hours, and the progress bar doesn't move. It also slowly takes up space (A lot of it). I have 75GB free, and after waiting for the install, My Mac warns me about low storage, so I checked, and it had 400MB free. After canceling the wrapper, I got the space back. Please tell me your suggestions, I have no idea what is going wrong!

Edit: My Specs are: MacBook Pro (Mid 2012) 13", 4GB Ram, 500GB HDD, 2.5GHz Intel Core i5, Intel HD Graphics 4000 (1GB)
