Winmail.dat Problem

Tired to send docx file from Outlook 2007 via HTML and i keep receiving this winmail.dat..

Only via plain text then i can receive the file.

I googled and the website says HTML or Plain Text, i would very much prefer using HTML.

Is there anything i can do about this problem?
