WinPointer for OS X?

Greetings

Does anyone know of a program that will work in MS PowerPoint 2004 that has similar functionality to WinPointer 3.0? I'm looking for something that can annotate a presentation on the fly (drawing boxes, arrows, ovals, etc.) and that can be erased with a keystroke. Any ideas?
